Privacy Policy

PBI (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a company that provides general personnel services (dispatching or introducing personnel), consulting services and concierge services for foreigners. The Company recognizes the importance of personal information and believes that it has a social obligation to protect such information during the course of its business. The Company therefore establishes this Privacy Policy as the code of behavior for all executives and employees for appropriately and securely handling your important personal information both now and in the future, and we strictly enforce this policy throughout our organization.

  1. 1.The Company complies with laws and ordinances, government guidelines and other norms regarding the protection of personal information in all matters relating to the handling of personal information during the course of business operations and in relation to the handling of the personal information of executives and employees, etc.

    With regard to personal information for which we have the authority to respond to your requests to disclose, correct, add to or delete, suspend the use of, erase or cause a third party to suspend use of, in cases where we receive a request from you to notify you regarding the purpose of using your personal information, disclose, correct, revise, add to, delete, suspend use of, erase, or suspend the provision of your personal information to a third party, we will respond without delay in accordance with company regulations (the Rules for the Appropriate Management of Dispatched Workers’ Personal Information and the Rules for the Appropriate Management of Personal Information).     If you do not wish to provide personal information about yourself you may decline to do so at your own discretion. Please understand, however, that in such a case we will not be able to register or employ you.
